Privacy Policy

Elite Touch Football Coaching is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We run youth football coaching sessions, including at Callington Community College, Cornwall.

About your child: full name and date of birth.

About you as parent or guardian: name, phone number and email address.

Photos and video: if you have opted in via our separate media consent form, we may film or photograph sessions for use in social media and marketing content. This is collected and used under that separate, specific consent, not this general policy, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe may collect and process payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy.

Child's name and date of birth: maintaining our player database so coaches know which children are registered and expected at each session, and for age-appropriate group planning. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you for coaching services.

Parent or guardian name, phone and email: contacting you about session changes, cancellations, safeguarding matters, bookings and payments. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running sessions safely and effectively.

Photos and video: social media and marketing content. Legal basis: consent collected separately through the media consent form.

We do not use your or your child's data for any purpose beyond what's listed here without asking you first.

Player and parent data is accessible only to Elite Touch coaching staff who need it to run sessions. This currently includes Lewis Whittaker (Coach) and Jordan Mason (Coach).

It is not sold, and is not shared with anyone outside the categories described below.

We use the following service providers to help run Elite Touch, who process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements:

Spond — session communication and scheduling.

Stripe — payment collection and billing contact details. We do not store card details ourselves.

Resend — essential booking, payment and service emails.

SimpleScale — social media content support, only where photo or video consent has been given.

We do not transfer data outside the UK/EEA. Our suppliers' own privacy notices explain any processing they carry out as independent controllers.

We retain player and parent data for the duration of enrolment plus 12 months, after which it is securely deleted. If your child leaves Elite Touch, you can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to any legal reason we may need to keep it.

Stripe and other providers may retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

As the parent or guardian providing this data on behalf of your child, you have the right to access the data we hold about your child or family, correct inaccurate data, delete it subject to any legal reason we may need to keep it, and restrict or object to certain processing.

You can withdraw consent for photo or video use at any time without affecting other data processing. Withdrawal will not necessarily remove content already published or shared before we received the request, but we will stop using the data for new content where reasonably possible.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe we have mishandled your data: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Data is stored in a password-protected, access-restricted digital database, with access limited to the coaching staff listed in this policy. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Elite Touch.

This website uses essential browser storage to remember whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for secure checkout and fraud prevention.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated directly.
